She Innovates is a community-driven brand designed to create impactful spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to unlock new levels of purpose in both their personal and professional lives.
Founded by Tiwirayi Ndoro — also known as Tiwi — She Innovates began as an online platform in 2020, birthed from a deep desire to uplift women through creativity, conversation, and connection. What started as an encouragement hub has since grown into a vibrant collective, hosting in-person events, creative experiences, and offering services that bring vision to life.
At its core, She Innovates is a space where women gather, grow, and go further — together.
We create environments that are faith-filled, creatively inspired, and rooted in community. Whether it’s through storytelling, design, or meaningful events, we exist to bridge faith, womanhood, entrepreneurship, and authentic connection.
We believe that when women feel spiritually grounded and genuinely supported, they rise — in business, in ministry, in motherhood, in creativity, and in every other part of life.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple but powerful mission: To inspire, equip, and connect women to become all they were created to be.
